Shaoxing, China, December 9, 2018 – Eczacibasi VitrA Istanbul recovered from their tough semifinal loss and delivered a powerful bronze medal finish in the 2018 FIVB Volleyball Women's Club World Championship, beating Praia Clube in straight sets on Sunday.

Eczacibasi VitrA Istanbul coach Marco Aurelio Motta:
"Today my players are good. I am proud of how well they played today. The team had a great time here and we had great support from the Chinese fans."

Eczacibasi VitrA Istanbul player Kim Yeon Koung: "We did a really good job today. It was difficult to recover from a tough loss yesterday and then play a good match today. Everybody was expecting that we will go to the final and play against VakifBank and Zhu Ting, but we didn't make it. But it was nice to see so many fans here in China."
